Latest rugby info on polish site. [ Players' photos ] Schedule of Juvenia matches in Autumn round of I league in season 2005/06: (PZR) The host is in the first position. The next success of our team! 2.07.2005 we won the gold medal in the international tournament Beach Rugby Brno 2005 in Czech Republic! Winning team: Grzesiek Zawojski, Piotrek Liguzinski, Jacek Bielawski, Mateusz Grün. 25.06.2005 in Ustron near Wisla there was an international qualifying tournament to European Cup in rugby 7, with participation of: Poland (2 teams), Georgia, Ukraine (2 teams), Latvia, Moldova i Bulgaria. Our national teams scored 5. and 7. place. On the same day, there was a national tournament in rugby 7, a part of Polish Sevens League, in which took part: Juvenia Krakow, Nowa Huta Rugby Klub Krakow, Bialo-Czarni Nowy Sacz, Rafineria Jaslo and RC Wroclaw. The unquestionable winner was Juvenia, which beat highly other teams! The winning team (from left): Budka, Świadek, Liguziński, Jacek Bielawski, Zawojski, Wojciechowski, Grün, Głowacki, Kisiel. 
Juvenia Kraków is again in the I league! 18.06.2005 in the playoff match in Lodz Juvenia Cracow, coached by Marek Odolińskiego, won with Skra Warszawa 15:12 (12:6) and is promoted to the First League after two years in the Second League! Nowa Huta Rugby Klub has cancelled its play because of financial problems. 12.06.2005 there was the last match of this season, between Pogon Siedlce and Juvenia Krakow, which was the return match for the recent defeat in Krakow. The stake was great - promotion to the I league. Unfortunately we lost in Siedlce 18:27 (10:3) and we will play against Skra Warszawa in playoff match, which will take place 18.06.2005 in Lodz. Referee: Piotr Choduń Scores for Pogon: Dzierżanowski 7; Mirosz, Bobryk, Biaduń, Domański po 5. Scores for Juvenia: Brzegowy, Tomcik, Zawojski po 5; Grün 3. Yellow cards: Mirosz, Kozłowski; Budka, Tomcik. 11.06.2005 a team from the whole Hungary visited our ancient city and played a friendly match against our 2nd team (the 1st team was in Siedlce then), which they won 87:0. But the "3rd half" in our club Maraska was very equal - everybody was having great time! We hope to see our guests soon, because they invited us to Hungary. 5.06.2005 the league match against WMPD Olsztyn did not take place becaus of the guest`s refusal. The seniors of Juvenia played a sparing match against RC Nowy Sacz instead. 28.05.2005 the seniors of Juvenia played against French and German teams in a friendly tournament. 26.05.2005 a German rugby team Dusseldorf Dragons visited us and played a friendly match against us. On the same day, Juvenia took won the 3dr place in Rugby 7 tournament in Nowy Sacz. Unfortunately, our prop Waldemar Nawrot got an injury. 14.05.2005 the players of Hereford RFC visited us and played a friendly but hard match, which they won. After the game there was a traditional picnic in our club Maraska. 7.05.2005 an English rugby team Leamington RFC from Warwickshire visited us! The guests, coached by Simon David, played a friendly match against our seniors and after that we had a lot of fun. The only thing which could be better was the weather. The visitors spent a week in Cracow and came back to England the following day. 01.05.2005 Juvenia Cracow, coached by Marek Odolinski, was defeated by Pogon Siedlce 21:31 (14:14) in the top match of II league in Cracow. [ Photos ] 24.04.2005 the match of Polish Cup: Juvenia Krakow - Pogon Siedlce was cancelled because of a refusal from Siedlce team. Juvenia won 9:0 by a walkover. 23.04.2005 an English rugby team visited us, with whom we played a friendly match and had fun. [ Photos ] 17.04.2005, in the first spring match of the II league, Juvenia Krakow played against WMPD Olsztyn and won 57:7! [ Photos ] New schedule of Juvenia matches in spring round of II league: The schedule may change. 10.04.2005 the sparing of seniors and juniors took place. The juniors lost very high. Because of the death of pope John Paul II, by the decision of Polish Rugby Union, all the matches on 2-3.04.2005 were cancelled. Instead of playing, pray for our great Holy Father! [ Offer your condolences ] 2.04.2005 the first match in the spring round Juvenia Krakow - Czarni Pruszcz Gdanski did not take place because of a refusal from Pruszcz team. Juvenia won 9:0 by a walkover. 30.03.2005 there was a general meeting of Juvenia Krakow members, where the new club board was elected: Leszek Samel Maciej Maczka Henryk Gawin Jerzy Glowacki Konrad Bernacki 22.03.2005 Juvenia defeated RC Havirov 25-15 in a friendly match in Ostrava, Czech Republic. It was the first test after the winter break. 9-13.02.2005 there was the Seniors training camp in Dolny Kubin (Slovakia). Schedule of Juvenia matches in the Spring round of II league: (Polish Rugby Union) Seniors of Juvenia are preparing for the spring round, which starts on 26.03.2005. The II league is divided into pool A (competing for the promotion to I league) and B: Pool A: 1. Juvenia Krakow 2. Pogon Siedlce 3. WMPD Olsztyn 4. Czarni Pruszcz Gdanski Pool B: 1. Arka II Gdynia 2. In spring the II league will change: Juvenia Krakow, Pogon Siedlce, WMPD Olsztyn and Czarni Pruszcz Gdanski will create a pool A, where they will play for the promotion to the I league. The rest will play in pool B. 4.11.2004 the coach of the English II-league team Rotherham Titans visited us and practised a training with seniors and juniors of Juvenia Cracow. After that, there was a sparring between seniors and juniors, preceded by a cheerleader show. The audience (mainly teenagers) was fantastic! Chosen photos of the training:
